With five state-of-the-art factories in India, JCB manufactures a wide range of world-class equipment in India for the domestic market as well as for exports to more than 110 countries.
JCB introduced the iconic Backhoe Loader in India over four decades ago. It has since expanded its range to over 60 products in nine categories. The Ballabgarh factory near New Delhi, which is the world’s largest factory for Backhoe Loaders, is also the Headquarters for JCB India. This facility, apart from Backhoe Loaders, also manufactures Skid Steer Loaders, Telehandlers, Diesel Generators and Diesel Engines.

- For Apprentice: 18 To 23 Years
- For Technical Trainee: 18 To 25 Years
Salary
- For Apprentice: RS 12,000/- Per Month
- For Technical Trainee: RS 19,780/- Per Month
Selection Process
Selection Will Be Based On Written Test and Interview.
Qualification
Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Machinist, Tool and Die Maker, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), Instrument Mechanic and Electronics Mechanic Trade from Government ITI in Madhya Pradesh from 2018 to 2022 male and female trainees can be included. For the post of Apprentice and Technical Trainee, it is mandatory for applicants to have 50% marks in 10th and 60% marks in ITI. Applicants must have apprenticeship or 1 year industrial experience for the post of Technical Trainee.
