Qualification

| Electrical Fitter / Electrician (Skilled) | (i) Matriculation or equivalent. (ii) Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognised / reputed workshop in the Electrical Fitter / Electrician trade under Apprentice Act, 196 or under any other recognised Apprenticeship scheme. OR (iii) Should have completed training courses in the Electrical Fitter / Electrician trade from an ITI recognised for this purpose and have 1 year trade experience. |
| Machinist (Skilled) | (i) Matriculation or equivalent. (ii) Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognised / reputed workshop in the Machinist trade under Apprentice Act,1961 or under any other recognised Apprenticeship scheme. OR (iii) Should have completed training courses in the Machinist trade from an ITI recognised for this purpose and have 1 year trade experience. |
| Turner/Mech Turner (Skilled) | (i) Matriculation or equivalent. (ii) Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognised / reputed workshop in the Turner / Mech Turner trade under Apprentice Act, 1961 or under any other recognised Apprenticeship scheme. OR (iii) Should have completed training courses in the Turner / Mech Turner trade from an ITI recognised for this purpose and have 1 year trade experience. |
| Carpenter (Skilled) | (i) Matriculation or equivalent. (ii) Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognised / reputed workshop in the Carpentry trade under Apprentice Act, 1961 or under any other recognised Apprenticeship scheme. OR (iii) Should have completed training courses in the Carpentry trade from an ITI recognised for this purpose and have 1 year trade experience. |
| Motor Transport Fitter/Mechanic | (i) Matriculation or equivalent. (ii) Two years experience in automobile workshop. Desirable- ITI diploma in relevant trade. |
| Ship Fitter (Semi Skilled) | (i) Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognised boards or ITI in relevant trade from recognised institutes. (ii) Three years experience in the relevant trade. |
| Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) Fitter (Semi Skilled) | (i) Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognised boards or ITI in relevant trade from recognised institutes. (ii) Three years experience in the relevant trade. |
| Sheet Metal Worker (Semi Skilled) | (i) Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognised boards or ITI in relevant trade from recognised institutes. (ii) Three years experience in the relevant trade. |
