- Stipend during the period of Training: Consolidated Monthly Stipend of Rs. 20,000/- Per Month.
- Scale of Pay after successful completion of Training: Rs. 22000-88000/- W-3 Grade.
Selection Process
IREL Tradesman Trainee Selection Will Be Based On Online CBT Exam and Skill Test/Trade Test. Duration of the test will be 90 minutes. There should be NO negative marking. Based on the marks obtained in the Written Test the candidates will be called for second level Test (Skill Test / Trade Test). Final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the written test only.
