The Directorate General of Training (DGT) in Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is the apex organisation for development and coordination at National level for the programmes relating to vocational training including Women’s Vocational Training. Industrial Training Institutes are under the administrative and financial control of State Governments or Union Territory Administrations.
DGT also operates Vocational Training Schemes in some of the specialized areas through field institutes under its direct control. Development of these programmes at national level, particularly in the area concerning common policies, common standards and procedures, training of instructors and trade testing are the responsibility of the DGT.
The National Council for Vocational Training, an advisory body, was set up by the Government of India in 1956 the then National Council of Training in Vocational Trades. The Council has been entrusted with the responsibilities of prescribing standards and curricula for craftsmen training, advising the Government of India on the overall policy and programs, conducting All India Trade Tests and awarding National Trade Certificates.

- आईटीआई सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड करने के लिए सबसे पहले आप सभी नीचे दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करें | जैसे ही आप लिंक पर क्लिक करेंगे आप NCVT MIS पोर्टल पर चले जाएंगे |
- फिर आप सभी Trainee पर क्लिक करें उसके बाद Trainee Profile पर क्लिक करें | जैसे ही आप Trainee Profile पर क्लिक करेंगे आपके सामने एक नया पेज खुलेगा |
- Trainee Profile में अपना Registration Number, Father/Guardian Name, Date of Birth एवं Captcha Code दर्ज करके Submit पर क्लिक करें |
- जैसे ही आप Submit पर क्लिक करेंगे आपके सामने Print Certificate का ऑप्शन दिखेगा |
- अंतिम चरण में आप सभी Print Certificate पर क्लिक करें |
- जैसे ही आप Print Certificate पर क्लिक करेंगे आपके मोबाइल में पीडीएफ फाइल के रूप में आईटीआई सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड हो जाएगा | जिसके बाद आप सभी अपना आईटीआई सर्टिफिकेट को गूगल ड्राइव या डीजी लॉकर में सेव कर लीजिए |
