Salary

Joining CTC will be 3 lakhs per annum & every Financial Year, the Annual Increments will be announced along with Salary hike as per individual & company performance.

Selection Will Be Based On Written Test/Interview.

Qualification

ITI Pass in Turner/Welder/Fitter/Draftsman/Electrical/Machinist/Diesel Mechanic Trade from Recognized NCVT Board With 60% Marks.

Important Terms & Conditions

Facilities- 3rd party payroll under JBTS category (Jai Bharat Technical Services)

  1. The Agreement signed between the candidate & JBTS company would be on Permanent Basis.
  2. Leaves will be as per JBTS Norms (7 CL, 7 SL & 1 PL on every 20 working days), out of which PL will be credited after 1 year of service and rest will be on Pro-Rata basis.
  3. Uniforms will be provided (on company account).
  4. Mediclaim coverage will be provided free of cost for Family (self, spouse & children upto 25 years). The coverage would be of Rs. 3 Lakhs per Annum, and the premium will be deducted in 6 equal installments.
  5. Parent’s Mediclaim will be on paid basis (as per the selection of coverage amount).
  6. Safety Kit (PPEs) will be provided (on company account).
  7. Weekly-Offs & Holidays will be as per company policy.
  8. Joining CTC will be 3 lakhs per annum & every Financial Year, the Annual Increments will be announced along with Salary hike as per individual & company performance.
  9. Stay at Tarapur for all the New Joinees will be on their personal basis & company’s expectation is that candidate should serve minimum three years for his/her better growth and development in future.
  10. Required Female candidates too willing to work in Tarapur plant.
  11. Strictly only NCVT pass out candidates completed.
